1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).

  • Must include any included parts/accessories.

2) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

  • Items returned without authorization (no prior approval)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will review and, if approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, or

  • Store credit (if you prefer)

4) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if relevant)

If approved, we will send return instructions (and a return address if needed).
Do not send items back without approval, because it can slow things down or get lost in the void of human logistics.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping (when applicable).

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6) Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • PayPal: refunded to PayPal balance or original funding source (per PayPal rules)

  • Stripe/Card: refunded to the original card (bank processing times vary)

7) Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • Item is returned in a condition that is not original (used, missing parts, damaged)

  • Packaging/accessories are missing

  • Return does not meet eligibility requirements

8) Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be cancellable and you may need to follow the return process after delivery.

9) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your PayPal account or bank/card statement

  • Contact your bank/card issuer (posting time varies)

  • If it’s still missing after a reasonable time, email us at [email protected]
