We respect intellectual property rights and expect others to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners (or authorized agents) can report alleged copyright infringement on our website (the “Site”), and how users can submit a counter-notification if content was removed by mistake.
1) Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice (“DMCA Notice”) to:
DMCA Agent (Ecafngcc Store / We Auto Transport LLC)
Email: [email protected]
Mailing Address: 744 Chestnut Ave Apt 10, Long Beach, CA 90813, United States
Phone: (562) 435-1133
Your DMCA Notice must include all of the following:
-
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email submissions).
-
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
-
Identification of the infringing material and where it appears on the Site (provide URL(s) and enough detail so we can find it).
-
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
-
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
If your notice is missing required info, we may not be able to act on it.
2) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
After receiving a complete DMCA Notice, we may:
-
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and/or
-
Notify the party who posted the content (if applicable)
We may also terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
3) Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)
If content you posted was removed or disabled and you believe it was taken down due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification (“Counter Notice”) to the DMCA Agent using the contact info above.
Your Counter Notice must include:
-
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).
-
Identification of the material that was removed/disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (URL if possible).
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
-
Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of:
-
the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., the federal court district where we are located), and
-
that you will accept service of process from the original complainant (or their agent).
-
If we receive a valid Counter Notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within the timeframe required by the DMCA, we may restore the material (when appropriate).
4) False Claims Warning
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications can have legal consequences. Don’t play legal roulette unless you enjoy losing money.
