1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to customers within the United States (including standard residential and business addresses).
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or restricted locations if the carrier cannot deliver.

2) Shipping Cost (Flat Rate)

We use a Flat Rate shipping method:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order

The final shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

3) Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax Rate: 0%

  • We do not charge sales tax at checkout.

(If your payment provider or financial institution applies separate fees, those are outside our control.)

4) Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on a business day are treated as received the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), or on weekends/holidays, are treated as received the next business day.

5) Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

This includes order verification, packing, and preparing your shipment for carrier pickup.

6) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After your order is processed and handed to the carrier:

  • Transit Time: 8–8 business days

7) Total Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is:

  • Total: 10–12 business days

    • Processing: 2–4 business days

    • Transit: 8 business days

This is an estimate and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or address issues.

8) Tracking

When available, we will provide tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

9) Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may take longer due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Carrier disruptions or peak season volume

  • Incomplete/incorrect address information

  • Security or verification checks

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
