By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, don’t use the Site.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use the Site and place orders.

2) About Our Services

The Site provides information and enables purchases related to our offerings, including transportation-related services and/or products (collectively, “Services”). We may update or change Services at any time.

3) Orders, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) pricing errors, availability issues, payment problems, address issues, or suspected fraud.

  • Prices can change anytime. If there’s a clear pricing/listing mistake, we may cancel and refund.

  • You agree that all information you submit (name, address, email, etc.) is accurate and current.

4) Payment Methods

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe

Payments are processed securely by these providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5) Shipping, Delivery Times, and Fees

Shipping terms are summarized here and detailed on our Shipping Information page:

  • Shipping fee (Flat Rate): $8.55 per order

  • Sales tax: 0% (we do not charge sales tax at checkout)

  • Cutoff time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time on business days

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Transit time: 8 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or address issues.

6) Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Key points:

  • Return requests must be made within the posted return window (currently 30 days from delivery, unless an exception applies).

  • Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (as defined in the Returns & Refunds Policy).

  • Order cancellations are time-sensitive. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be cancellable.

7) Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in restrictions on future purchases.

8) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Break any laws while using the Site

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape aggressively, or overload the Site

  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code

  • Use the Site to harass, defraud, or impersonate others

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Auto Transport LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
